Wellbeing Program

Wellbeing encompasses all aspects of our lives and the Wellbeing Program reflects this. At it’s core, it offers individuals the opportunity to develop trust, reflection, communication skills and socialisation, in groups, at there own pace. Tailored and valuable to all levels of education from Primary to HE.

Age dependant, the areas covered by the program include mental health hygiene, workshops around relationships, managing difficult emotions, sleep, loss, anxiety, impacts of social media and finances. We run process groups, coaching and movement and play therapy, dependant on your institutional need. Sessions aim to develop autonomy, reflective thinking and emotional resilience, whilst delivering ways to bring balance, joy and relaxation to individuals and the group, so that they can carry these tools with them when they leave the room.
